Welcome to Nimi Adventures! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nimi Adventures mobile application (the "App") operated by Nimi Games ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Nimi Adventures, you confirm that you are a parent or legal guardian and that you accept these Terms on behalf of yourself and any minor child who will use the App. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

Nimi Adventures is an educational mobile application designed for children ages 3–7. The App provides interactive learning activities covering subjects such as letters, numbers, language, creativity, and problem-solving in a safe, ad-free environment.

3. User Accounts & Subscriptions

Certain features of the App may require a subscription or in-app purchase. All purchases are processed through the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to that platform's terms and refund policies.

Subscription renewals are automatic unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your app store account settings.

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or any part of it
• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App
• Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright or proprietary notices in the App

5. Intellectual Property

All content in Nimi Adventures — including but not limited to characters, illustrations, animations, sounds, text, software, and design — is the exclusive property of Nimi Games and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

6. Child Safety

We take child safety seriously. The App does not include third-party advertising, social media links accessible to children, or any features that allow children to communicate with other users. Our privacy practices are described in detail in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the educational outcomes or results from using the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nimi Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.

9. Modifications to the App & Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part of it) at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nimi Games is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
